Renowned Quebec mezzo-soprano Julie Boulianne—now a regular at the New York City’s famed Metropolitan Opera and at leading opera companies throughout the world—will make her I Musici début with a performance of a magnificent lyric poem by Respighi. Our new artistic director will also conduct an expanded version of Verdi’s String Quartet in E Minor and the Italian Serenade by Hugo Wolf, one of the repertoire’s true marvels.
