From dawn to dusk, Haydn takes us around the musical clock with three short symphonies. The first symphonic works written for his new patron, Prince Esterházy, this brilliant trio brings to light the talent, the inventiveness and the humour that will mark Haydn’s work throughout his career. Strings and woodwinds show off their virtuosity in this unique concert. To close, a trip to the Iberian Peninsula for a nocturnal celebration by Boccherini in the streets of Madrid.
